American Alliance for Equal Rights' Edward "Little Eddie" Blum is another white supremacist buffoon, who represents little D energy — confederates/kkk, nazis, MAGA, federalists, while believing that he is a civil rights activist. Edward Blum is the same as the NRA, which calls itself the oldest civil rights organization. Yes, civil rights for white males only. There is not one Jim Crow era campaign of the NRA coming to the aid of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers, Malcolm X, nor any person lynched during Jim Crow, you know, their "good guy stops a bad guy with a gun" rhetoric. The NRA believes that kkk/white supremacists are the "good guys," which is why the NRA worked hand-in-hand with kkk to deny guns and ammo from non-whites to defend themselves against the "good 'ol guys"' domestic terrorism. There can never be a black president of the NRA, a rule that is part of its bylaws.

Nor will anyone find any history of Blum protesting for the equal rights of non-whites during Jim Crow, nor anytime during his or his family's lifetime.

Blum is upset that marginalized black women were investing in other marginalized black women. Blum is upset that hatriotism is not paying off for him with our generation, upset that he was not being noticed, and especially upset that he can no longer murder or rape a black woman (or man) at-will, "entitled" rights that little Eddie had during his Jim Crow-era upbringing, which made him feel empowered. Take a peek at Eddie's upbringing, during Jim Crow, which he believed would remain the law of our land that his family exploited upon arrival. Our land. 🤨 Then, take a look at sistas doing for themselves, the ones working 2-3 jobs for their family and well-being. Little Eddie cannot have them, so he stops them from smiling at their hard-earned work, paying off for others.

Nothing is handed to black women, who have literally had to work for every single penny, if paid fairly, including via degrading and demeaning jobs, while being first on the layoff chopping block, laid off gleefully by persons like Eddie. Meanwhile, all little D Eddie has/had to do: show up, and be the loudest white supremacist in the room, then funds, legislation and attention are thrown his way. Must. Be. Nice. But... what's the end game for others, who do not have little Eddie's privileges, including on the job misogyny with advancements, accolades and pay increases? Is Eddie now going to work to ensure equity in venture capitalism? Hold on, while we do a $22-million-dollar 😂 😅!

Blum is miserable and wanted company, while Blum believes that he is a superior human being. If Blum was a superior human being, he would want all to win, and would not feel threatened by others (non-whites) succeeding where he failed, or after Blum denied non-whites during his upbringing. Blum feels threatened by others consistently marginalized (including marginalized by Blum) — black women, who had to take the jobs Blum's women did not have to do: maids, cooks, laundry, the only nanny for an entire estate of Jim Crow benefactor wealth, etc., while being subjected to any abuse, false accusations and zero work protections. And many black women still have to work 2-3 jobs, including while getting an education (for a better paying job), because folks like Eddie dismiss them at the hiring door, if not paying them as little as possible, or cheating their earned benefits.

Our founder has personally seen discrimination in the venture cap world, discrimination that almost ended her life. But here comes Eddie, thinking he is a "super hero" to save the day for non-marginalized, toxic, fail-up white males, whose doors are always opened for them, regardless of their financial status or zip code. And if their "authorized access only" AND "did not win the election" door is not opened, they're storming the building.
