What was done to Kamala was the same thing done to Rosa Parks and Claudette Colvin: ask her to get up for an inferior intellect, poor quality, degrading white supremacist to take her place.
Via TM Cronin:
It hurts me that I cannot assure friends and family that all will be okay. Because even I do not know that, given the direction our country is headed. One thing that is known, for generations, women have been leaders, educators, innovators, civic leaders and more. Therefore, if a democracy-focused, civil rights conscience woman is not good enough to lead a nation, then our money is not good enough for persons who support the Insurrectionist Elect.
We cannot change the outcome of the election. But it is heartbreaking to see what men for the Insurrectionist Elect think of black women, or women in general — belief that we are incapable of leading, but only fit to be their property, or "yes thing" who should never question what men say. Many also did not care, or did care, that the Insurrectionist Elect's VP pick was not a woman. A misogynist, white supremacist will never, ever choose a woman to rule a nation, because he believes it is his job to direct women.
I'm not gay, but an ally like a momma bear. Nor am I a pregnant woman, or have a child with special needs. But I cannot sit around complaining about the problem, while watching folks fund the problem. The last time the Insurrectionist Elect was in office, media and politicians, for ratings and profits, repeated the words of a 3-card monte hustler. Viewers reacted and commented (ad revenue). Politicians solicited "he said this or that" donations — instead of doing their taxpayer-funded job, all while infrastructure, innovation, education, public safety funding stalled or diminished because of GOP's revenue-losing #TaxCutsAndJobsAct. Congress' job was stalled by racists-gonna-be-racists distractions.
I changed any channel and closed and blocked any page which promoted the Insurrectionist Elect's ridiculous and redundant words. What could a 🦇 💩 🤪 🍊 🤡 say that matters, except, "I resign from public office and public life, and I apologize for all the harm that I have done to many over the past few decades?
Start with Amazon! Jeff Bezos refused to allow a Washington Post endorsement for Kamala Harris, during one of the most unprecedented times in history. Bezos claims he wants to be partisan, while his business history is far from partisan.
Billionaires made so much money, they could buy a POTUS while playing around in space. Millionaires and billionaires flew over mass poverty and infrastructure neglect.
Blue states created most of the wealth of billionaires supporting the Insurrectionist Elect, while creating the need for more air cargo because of "want vs. need" consumerism. Equally repulsive is this complaint, "I had more money under the Insurrectionist Elect." Apparently, money is more important than well-being of all.
Meanwhile, billionaires had more money under the Insurrectionist Elect AND Biden. Their money did not trickle down through #TaxCutsAndJobsAct. Now those same billionaires want more money, deregulation, and the right to strip workers and future retirees of their jobs, earned benefits and healthcare, while still outsourcing jobs not already diverted to AI.
Or for a few months, preferably longer, do not buy ANYTHING from Amazon. During the pandemic, companies benefiting from #TaxCutsAndJobsAct claimed they could not survive a 2-week shutdown. Let them see what happens after a month or longer of not receiving our money. Perhaps progressive billionaires can buy Bezos out, and finally create ethics, honesty and decency at Amazon, while helping to fix our crumbling infrastructure, which creates more jobs, well-being and growth, leading to buying our own POTUS . 😂
I hate to say Temu.com as an alternative to Amazon, given China. However, almost all things on our store shelves are made in China, and Temu is source of all things made in China, while Amazon is the middleman, charging consumers more while Amazon gets most of its goods from Temu, a distributor.
Temu is also showcasing and distributing from and through American-made vendors, to avoid shipping items from overseas. Oh the Made In China irony, to finally get "Made In USA" goods, including furniture and small appliances.
And, no, you do not need Temu's mobile app. There is a web browser option. There are different savings via the mobile app, same as other services which offer gifts and discounts via mobile apps. Speaking of mobile apps, there is a misinformation queen on Facebook claiming that Temu's mobile app is a dangerous threat, while she promotes (through Facebook's mobile app) all things Amazon and Facebook as Facebook's Messenger app follow every move she makes, reads all of her emails and text messages, stores all of her contacts, photos and files from her mobile device, while she cannot reach Facebook. Sounds KGB-ish to me. 😐 Meanwhile, a consumer can actually reach Temu staff immediately, and 24/7.
Even Capital One has partnered with Temu.
Cancel your PRIME membership for 2-months or permanently. I know, your shows, your shows. 🙄 Which is more important: placating what is about to happen to yourself, your family members and/or friends through another #badgradestrump admin, and with your money, or sending a solidarity message that we are not having it?
Jeff Bezos also owns the Washington Post, as well as Whole Foods. I would cancel any Washington Post subscription AND not view Washington Post articles online, including social media posts. If you cannot boycott Whole Foods, limit your Whole Foods spending to basic needs only, while using local farmers, if available in your area, and local farm-to-table distributors. Or do what I do: JUST GO WITHOUT IT. Do I need it? If NO, then do not waste your money.
It would be a dream come true, for farmers, especially in California, New York State and Midwest areas, to work directly with progressive buyers for their local food needs, but that'll take a massive effort and coordination from buyers and distributors.
Let hatriots and misogynists see what we actually can do, which includes not funding the problem.
Or do you think that continually funding Jeff Bezos will bring about the change you want to see? Take a look (below) at what Bezos is doing with your money, the power he has with YOUR money, financial power that mostly comes from blue state consumers.
After the Women's March in Washington, D.C., on January 21, 2017, it was shocking to see so many women spend their money with corporations that support GOP extremists and oppose equal pay - Amazon, McDonald's, Walmart, Wells Fargo, AT&T, etc. I felt as if I had just wasted an entire 24-hours (planning the night before, getting up at 3am for long bus ride from NYC, the hours long march, and waiting to return home), only to see women stuff their money into the mouths of the problem protesting against.
I do not have an Amazon account at all - because I know the founders personally from Silicon Valley. They are about THEIR money first, their power over the rights and well-being of others. They don't care about workers rights, unions, women's rights, nor voting or civil rights. Their concern is just enriching themselves! And they have enriched themselves more with #TaxCutsAndJobsAct!:
The annual Corporate Hall of Shame vote is here―hosted by our allies at Corporate Accountability―and we need your voice to decide which corporate villain takes the (dis)honor this year! Let&339;s look at some of the contenders: Amazon has perfected the art of profit hoarding while shortchanging workers and taxpayers alike. Over five years, they paid a mere 8.9% effective federal tax rate on a whopping $69.3 billion in U.S. profits.[1] At the same time, their CEO Andy Jassy took home $213 million in 2022, an astounding 6,474 times more than the median Amazon employee.[2]
Bezos acknowledges he has "a web of conflicting interests" and "[e]very day, somewhere, some Amazon executive or Blue Origin executive or someone from the other philanthropies and companies I own or invest in is meeting with government officials." But he simply waives those conflicts away. "I assure you that my views here are, in fact, principled," Bezos asserts. "I challenge you to find one instance in those 11 years where I have prevailed upon anyone at The Post in favor of my own interests."
Bezos advanced his interests over those of the Washington Post when he intervened in the editorial process and spiked an endorsement of Harris days before the election. The decision, predictably, has damaged the credibility of the Washington Post among its readership, but ingratiated Bezos with the Trump campaign and, potentially, a future Trump administration.
Bezos also chose to install Lewis, an executive with deep ties to Rupert Murdoch, to run the Washington Post as its CEO.
Amazon, which donated over $600,000 to the group of Republicans who voted to overturn the election results, also told Popular Information that it "has suspended contributions to any member of Congress who voted to override the results of the U.S. presidential election."
When GOP Attorneys General Embraced Jan. 6, Corporate Funders Fled. Now They're Back.
Even as the Republican Attorneys General Association has leaned further into promoting Trumpism and sowing doubt about U.S. elections, major sponsors including Amazon, Walmart and Home Depot have resumed their contributions to the group.
Bezos, still protecting the Insurrectionist Elect, versus being a journalist. 'Memba when a young Barack Obama ran for POTUS? News outlets published all details about his life 24/7, including the birther lies of the Insurrectionist Elect?
Major outlets change standards for hacked emails, protect Trump
Washington Post Executive Editor Matt Murray defended the decision of the Washington Post and other outlets not to publish the leaked internal Trump campaign documents. "[A]ll of the news organizations in this case took a deep breath and paused, and thought about who was likely to be leaking the documents, what the motives of the hacker might have been, and whether this was truly newsworthy or not," Murray said in a statement to a Washington Post reporter.
Amazon Says It Puts Customers First. But Its Pricing Algorithm Doesn't
Amazon bills itself as "Earth's most customer-centric company." Yet its algorithm is hiding the best deal from many customers.
The Hate Store: Amazon's Self-Publishing Arm Is a Haven for White Supremacists
The company gives extremists and neo-Nazis banned from other platforms unprecedented access to a mainstream audience - and even promotes their books.
Plus, I almost died because of Dan Grossman, Amazon's COO, whose former company, Venrock.com, funded a Ponzi schemer, then told me to jump off a bridge to recover my losses, while rewarding the same Ponzi schemer, money launderer and drug trafficker with a "golden parachute". Sounds Insurrectionist Elect familiar, rewarded for fraud? THEN, to add insult to injury, the professional Rockefeller-family frauds were bailed out in 2008 by Congress and Senate, with then-Sen. Barack Obama voting no to the bailout. Federal minimum wage has stalled since 2009. Workers are still paying for the bailout fraud, while #TaxCutsAndJobsAct enriches the same frauds bailed out.
If you have not already removed your banking funds from a bailed out bank, you should look into the benefits of credit unions. Start with a local credit union, which looks out for YOU first and foremost, doesn't do shady stuff with your money, offers lowest interest rates, home, car and student loans, lines of credit, credit cards, and even access to funds, without borrowing, to avoid predatory microloans, which prey upon working-class communities. No minimum deposit is required to join from anywhere, remotely or locally. And no minimum deposit required to keep account, however, a direct deposit is required (from any source). There are no ATM fees, even if you use another credit union, or non-credit union bank which charges you a fee (e.g., BofA, Chase). The ATM fee is automatically reimbursed to you. You can also bank anywhere for deposits, general banking, or emergencies, including internationally, as if you are at your local branch. And the best part: your payroll deposits are not held until your payday as collateral, "pending," or "banking assets," which also help fund investor fraud and waste. Your payroll deposit is released as soon as it is submitted to your credit union. Except for MCU. No clue why MCU's policies differ from other NCUA consumer services, including charging ATM fees to use other NCUA branches globally.
Again, funding the same banks bailed out, which are trickling up to 1%'s fraud and waste, does not help you.
Another reason for standing in solidarity with hard work, excellence and integrity, versus the problem: I keep hearing this type of nonsense below about Kamala Harris from black female, religious extremist "holy rollers," for the Insurrectionist Elect, nonsense about an overqualified black woman, more than capable of leading our nation. So was/is Hillary Clinton!!
It's all foretold in scripture.
He (the Insurrectionist Elect) was the one the Lord chose to get the work done. Love and respect Israel!!
Kamala is a prideful Jezebel, and kills babies. And hater of Israel 🇮🇱. apnews.com/article/jezebel-spirit-kamala-harris-christian-nationalism (Meanwhile, MeLayinYa, the Einstein visa-fraud and prostitute, is the First Strumpet.)
She (Kamala) disrespects Israel Prime Minister BB — meanwhile Arab Americans protested against Kamala, to elect the Insurrectionist Elect, because she stands with Israel.
He (the Insurrectionist Elect) is god annointed, I saw it in his face. (Did she see the wealth surrounding the Insurrectionist Elect, and did she read the parts in her clutched bible about wealth and Christ?)
Pope slams both Harris and Trump as 'against life' and urges Catholics to vote for 'lesser evil'
Pope Francis has strongly criticized both U.S. presidential candidates over what he calls anti-life policies on abortion and migration.
"Both are against life, be it the one who kicks out migrants, or be it the one who kills babies," Francis said.
Heartbroken about this election, heart sunk. But one thing noticed is the biggest hypocrisy of religious extremists who support the Insurrectionist Elect, persons who claim the Insurrectionist Elect is their god-sent victory:
Proverbs 6:16-19 —
16 There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him:
17 haughty [boastful, arrogant] eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,
18 a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil,
19 a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.
MEANWHILE... Israel, where one ex-holy roller friend loves to unwind, offers abortion on demand, abortion without apology AND abortion as healthcare!!! And US funds Israel, to the tune of billions annually!
I keep hearing that Spanish men, who voted for the Insurrectionist Elect, didn't vote for Kamala because of abortion. They have no clue as to how many of their daughters, nieces, sisters, cousins or aunts, or grandmothers, have had abortions for health reasons, or after a rape, including by a family member. And do we want a society which forces a 10-year-old girl to have a baby, after already being traumatized? Apparently, Spanish men for the Insurrectionist Elect think we do.
Or worse, Spanish men who sent the Insurrectionist Elect back to the White House, just didn't want a woman to lead. Women have supported their men through all sorts of atrocities and injustices. All we asked, all we friggin' asked: a little support back, which in turn goes a longggggg way for all. Win-win! Now, we are stuck in lose-lose! Ask white women who supported the Insurrectionist Elect the first time, ask them about their rights now. Also ask Lil Wayne, Ice Cube and Killer Mike about their "Hip Hop Summit" with internalized racist Candace Owens representing the Insurrectionist Elect, or about "travels with Tucker Carlson"! How is that working out now??!! Communities better or worse, including with the #ironpipeline-"hip hop Mayor"?
Think La Lupe's life was easy because of the leadership of Spanish men in her life 24/7? Think again. Her life was horrific because of the men in her life, who raped her as a child and adult, and abused her to her death, while profiting from her work.
Or stand with androcracy, and get what you get after toxic males are done fighting with each other!
Update: Recent news about an historic, black female leader, General Harriet Tubman:
The Maryland National Guard and Gov. Wes Moore officially recognized Harriet Tubman for her military service to both the U.S. and Maryland. Abolitionist and Underground Railroad leader Harriet Tubman, the first woman in the U.S. to lead an armed military operation during a war, was posthumously commissioned as a one-star general in the Maryland National Guard on Monday. Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, along with members of the state's National Guard, and Maj. Gen. Janeen Birckhead awarded Tubman the rank of brigadier general during a Veterans Day ceremony, according to the governor's office. During the ceremony, the Maryland National Guard and Moore officially recognized Tubman for her military service to the U.S. and Maryland.

NPR SpaceX and Amazon are asking the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to find the National Labor Relations Board unconstitutional. The federal agency is tasked with enforcing workers' right to organize.
Accused of violating worker rights, SpaceX and Amazon go after labor board
A ruling in favor of the companies could make it much harder for workers to form unions and take collective action in pursuit of better wages and working conditions.
That would be an enormous setback for labor groups, who have enjoyed unprecedented support from the Biden administration, and a win for companies that have spent considerable amounts of resources over the past four years trying to keep unions out of their workplaces.

K. Sue Jewell (1993), a contemporary sociologist, conceptualized the Jezebel as a tragic mulatto - "thin lips, long straight hair, slender nose, thin figure and fair complexion"(p. 46). This conceptualization is too narrow. It is true that the "tragic mulatto" and "Jezebel" share the reputation of being sexually seductive, and both are antithetical to the desexualized Mammy caricature; nevertheless, it is a mistake to assume that only, or even mainly, fair-complexioned black women were sexually objectified by the larger American society. From the early 1630s to the present, black American women of all shades have been portrayed as hypersexual "bad-black-girls."
